...there is a 60ft deck that is between the Fort Myers Beach house and pool to sit and relax with your breakfast and perhaps morning paper or a book. These are the settings that you dream of, but become reality on the quiet serene beach on Ft Myers Beach. This is a fairly quiet beach area consisting of all private Fort Myers Beach homes (no condos of hotels within a half mile), yet you are close enough to walk to restaurants and local attractions (quick stop stores/ local movie theater/ beach rentals and equipment). There is even a free trolley that stops in front of the house on the street side that will take you up or down the island.

For large groups - family reunions/ weddings/ etc, the main house and guest house can be combined for a total of fourteen guests on the property. Total rental would be main house rent plus $700 additional for the guest house rental. We also have other four bedroom beachfront homes down the beach that can accommodate another eight guests.

This is a great area for daily trips in and around the Ft Myers Beach area. There are dozens of golf courses, many different kinds of ecology and environmental tours both on and off the island (i.e.. Ding Darling reservation, Lovers Key beach walks, manatee and dolphin tours) as well as evening entertainment at local restaurants and clubs and including a nightly cruise ship departing Ft Myers Beach piers for dinner and offshore gambling. Rentals of all sorts of equipment are available on the beach - motor scooters, wave runners, bicycles, beach runner carriages, fishing equipment......and of course with five beach marinas, plenty of charter boats for good off shore or local water fishing. Three big outlet centers are also within a 20 miles radius, along with mega flea market centers.
