Cancellation
Cancellations and Refunds: If you cancel your rental reservation with more than 14 days advance notice, all deposits are refundable, subject to $65.00 non-refundable reservation fee. Less than the specified 14 days notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 60 day cancellation notice for monthly rentals
& Taxes
Taxes consist of 11% and a reservation processing fee of $31.00
