The residence is fairly old and needing some repair. The kitchen and bathroom sinks both leaked. His Maintenance person was aware of it when we arrived and never fixed while we were there. Cleaning was barely a surface cleaning. We found a lot of dust and dirt on the fans and under the couches. My wife worked hard to clean prior to our leaving. It was considerably cleaner than when we arrived. He still had the nerve to retain an extra $50 off of our deposit for extra cleaning. Don't let his charm take you in. He's not as fair as he claims to be.
