We have rented this unit at least 6 times. It is a wonderful location and experience. We're grateful that Dawson's have allowed us to share their home. and look forward to continuing our Winter escapes to Sanibel. All you need to bring is a desire to relax and enjoy.

Wonderful place to stay, condo had everything we needed for the 4 of us (2-Adults, 2 kids)
Even had plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, Washer, dryer etc.. The unit was well maintained and very clean. The pool was a wonderful 75 degrees everyday!.
Great location on Sanibel.
