Captiva Retreat at 47 Sunset Captiva is a 2,200 sf three-bedroom, three-bathroom home which comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. We have recently renovated and modernized the kitchen and bathrooms. Use the A/C or heat (rarely necessary), or open the windows and sliders for fresh air and use the ceiling fans in practically every room. You'll spend a lot of time on the large wrap-around screen porch, that is, when you're not at the beach or pool. Our kitchen is fully-equipped for eating in, but please sample some of Captiva's wonderful restaurants.

Our Captiva vacation home is equipped with beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, and a supply of kids' beach toys. Speaking of kids, if you need a crib, highchair, stroller, etc., they are available for rent from our professional local property managers, who provide 24/7 maintenance if needed.

Everything in the Village of Captiva is within easy walking distance; groceries at the Island Store, charming clothing and gift shops, and 10 different restaurants from casual to fine dining. Bike, moped, and jet-ski rentals are in the Village, and boat rentals and charters are across the street. Golf is nearby on Sanibel and there are a number of options for fishermen.
