ANINI VISTA VACATION RENTAL Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
PAYMENT: Full/balance payment due no later than 60 days prior to check-in. If booking/payment is within 30 days of your check-in date, the funds need to be paid in cash form Official Bank Check, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Bank Wire Transfer.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $ 300.00 deposit is due within 7 days of booking, to confirm your reservation. Any loss or damage to the rental property will be deducted from your deposit. Return of your deposit can take up to 2 weeks.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: For cancellations prior to 60 days of your check-in date, your deposit will be refunded, less $50 processing fee. For cancellations within 60 days of your check-in date, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations after rent due date will forfeit rent and taxes (unless dates can be re-booked).
