Payment Methods Accepted

PAYMENT:  Full/balance payment due no later than 60 days prior to check-in. If booking/payment is within 30 days of your check-in date, the funds need to be paid in ‘cash form’ – Official Bank Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order or Bank Wire Transfer.

Deposits

SECURITY DEPOSIT:  A $ 300.00 deposit is due within 7 days of booking, to confirm your reservation.  Any loss or damage to the rental property will be deducted from your deposit.  Return of your deposit can take up to 2 weeks.

Cancellation & Return Policy

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS:  For cancellations prior to 60 days of your check-in date, your deposit will be refunded, less $50 processing fee.  For cancellations within 60 days of your check-in date, your deposit will be forfeited.  Cancellations after rent due date will forfeit rent and taxes (unless dates can be re-booked).

11.41% Hawaii State taxes and $ 75-95 Cleaning Fee

Lovely, quiet place! This is place is a find. Very comfortable, clean and ecological. We stayed in the studio for five days. Enjoyed the cooking in the kitchen and having meals on the lanai, taking in the lovely views. You can hear the ocean at night and frogs when it rains. Truly special place to stay.
