Nine Hanalei Vacation Homes & a Princeville Vacation Home. Five Hanalei beach houses from one to four bedrooms located on the beach with ocean views in the middle of the famous Hanalei Bay. Four more rental homes in Hanalei, a short walk from beach, all at the quiet end of town. Private, clean & friendly, our family shares our Hanalei beach houses with guests from around the world. A short walk to the grocery store, dinner and shops. There are five Hanalei beach houses with views of the ocean from the living rooms of each. Best of all, just across your front lawn the sand and sea await you. Two are one bedroom beach cottages, Hanalei Moon Beach Cottage (very private) and the Old Style Beach House (a comfy classic), 2 two bedroom beach houses called the Upstairs and Downstairs Beach House with awesome views from their covered lanais (the Downstairs has no steps), and a four bedroom beach house named Ka Nani o Wai'oli where your head need not leave the pillow to see the ocean from the master bedroom. Just a short walk to the beach are The Hanalei, 3 bed 3 bath with loft (wheel chair accessible entrance & master shower) & The Waioli, 2 bed 2 bath + loft both very deluxe upsacle and Anuty Lydia's Ohana, 3 bed 1 bath a soulful classic Hawaiiana Home. Our Princeville Rental Home is Pa'ani, a 2 bed 2 bath ocean view very beautifully appointed, 2 story end unit on the golf course. Our Hanalei vacation homes have a full kitchen, BBQs, linens, coolers, beach towels, stereo CD players, TVs and VCRs. Continually changing supply of beach toys and chairs available. There are no dishwashers in Hanalei Moon, The Upstairs & Downstairs and the Old Style.

Hanalei town has neat shops, an eclectic choice of restaurants & music, companies which rent beach toys including surf boards, kayaks, snorkel equipment, bicycles and hiking gear. Princeville Kauai is just up the hill with its golf courses, tennis courts, spa and health club and fine dining restaurants. Horse back riding & zip line within 10 minutes. Fabulous beach walking, surfing, snorkeling and hiking, National Wildlife Sanctuary, and 2 very different Botanical Gardens are all on the North Shore. Here you are in the center of all this beauty, fun & magic.

Deposits
$300 - $700 deposit depending on home. Half of the rent is due 1 month after reservation. Balance due 1 month prior to arrival. See info on each home at beachkauai.com.
Cancellation
All money is returned less $100.00 with cancellation notice before 60 days of arrival. After that, all of your rent is forfeited unless we are able to rebook the time. If rebook the time you will be credited by that amount. We always try to rebook. See our policies on beachkauai.com.

13.42% taxes on rent onlyCleaning fees are $100 to $300 depending on the home. See info on each home at beachkauai.com.
