The house is decorated in tropical decor with many original fine art tropical themed oil paintings. Porcelain tile floors with oriental rugs. All appliance modern with smooth top stove and self-cleaning oven. Two full baths with secluded outdoor shower.

A vast variety of additional beaches and tropical pools suitable for swimming are nearby.
Boating down the Na Pali Coast, helicopter rides, horseback riding, one of the world's top golf courses and tennis are available just a few miles away.
Weekly and Monthly Reservation Rates:
Weekly Rates- $1,600. per week up to 4 adults. (our past two year rate was $1950) Save with Monthly Rates- $5,550 per month up to 4 adults. 15% surcharge for each additional adult over the first 4 included in the regular rate.There is no extra charge for children under 12 in a family. All rates plus 11.41% Hawaii sales and hotel tax. A $400.00 deposit for U.S. residents, $600 deposit for non-U.S. residents will temporarily serve to hold a reservation for an open period, provided a lease and 1/2 the rental payment are promptly completed. The deposit, upon completion of your stay, and return of the keys, will be refunded to you, less any charges. A non- refundable clean-out fee of $260 for the first 4 guests and an additional $60 per guests # 5 - 12 is also required and is lower than the Kauai standard clean-out rate. Additional cleaning for longer stays will be arranged.

Our Hanalei, Kauai, Hawaii, vacation rental home is located about 100 yards from almost deserted golden, sandy beaches with good snorkeling. A little farther down the road is a large horseshoe reef providing an idyllic loacation for skin diving, scuba diving and swimming. Tunnels, of surfer's paradise fame, is among the best located here. At the foot of Bali Hi there is a beach that provides fine swimming and snorkeling.
Our Kauai, Hawaii house is secluded and set well back from the road, with few close neighbors. Coconut, papaya and many varieties of bananas landscape the property. While it is not directly on the ocean, the view of the Kauai's Na Pali Mountains is spectacular and can be endlessly viewed from our private back deck.
This section of Kauai, Hawaii, has been used for filming hundreds of South Seas motion pictures and TV series. The area is one of the most photographed in the world, appearing in many travel posters and travel articles on Hawaii. Lumahai Beach, located less than a mile from our home, is featured in the Conde Nast Traveler in its choice of Kauai, Hawaii as one of the top ten islands in the world. The location and the home are primarily Old Hawaii, the Hawaii that existed before mass tourism and the advent of the high-rise.
