A $300 fully-refundable security deposit is required to hold your reservation.



If you wish to cancel the reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED not less than 60 days prior to your check-in date for Low Season, and 90 days prior to your check-in date in High Season. The amount you have paid minus a deduction of $50.00 for the administration fee will be refunded to you. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS (OR 90 DAYS) PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid unless I am able to re-rent the property.



The standard Hawaiian hotel & state taxes of 12.42 will be added to the above rates; along with $140 cleaning fee and a $25. reservation fee.

The above rental rates are for a maximum of 4 people. All rates are subject to change without notice, until a firm reservation with deposit has been confirmed.

Check-in time is 3:00PM; Check-out time is 10:00AM. If this presents a problem with your flight times, please let me know well in advance so that I may try to accommodate you.
