Paradise Shore - Siesta Key Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

Credit cards accepted: Yes
30% deposit required with all reservations. A refundable security deposit of $100 is required. Refund of security deposit will be made by mail after inspection for damages or missing inventory during cleaning of accommodations. Security deposit will be retained if it is evident that you were smoking in the unit or if the unit is left in a condition requiring more than normal cleaning. We reserve the right to change your accommodations if necessary.
Cancellations must be received in management office in writing 45 days prior to arrival and will be refunded less a $75.00 handling and administration charge. No refunds for late arrivals and early departures.
All rates are subject to a 10% tax.
