Condobob presents this lovely budget condo which is located in beautiful Princeville, Kauai for your vacation in paradise.
Our one bedroom studio unit at The Sandpiper is nestled on several acres of paradise on the Cliffs of Princeville overlooking the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean. The unit is spacious and has a lovely large bedroom with spacious shower, telephone (free local calls) and a queen-sized bed with a large armoire containing a TV and VCR. It also has a beautiful open air enclosed lanai containing a table, with glass top, and 2 chairs, small refrigerator, a large enclosed cabinet containing a microwave, coffee pot and toaster and dishes inside. A perfect unit for the active visitors that just needs a nice place to stay when not out searching and enjoying the beauty of Kauai.The Sandpiper complex has a large pool and Jacuzzi and Webber gas grills.

All linens are also furnished including an extra set if needed. However, we do not furnish a hair dryer or beach towels and you should bring these items with you or purchase them here.

Payment Methods Accepted

You may pay by a major credit card, PayPal, check or money order. You can register and pay my credit card or PayPal on line on the Condobob web site by clicking the link to our web site located on the Rentalo site, or you can call Condobob with your card information.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to book and the balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. The full amount is due for booking of under 7days.We rent the condo from a minimum of 3 days to a month.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Refund Policy and Administration Fee for All Reservation Changes and Cancellations

Refunds are made in full, less administrative fee, for all cancellations made more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. After the 60-day period expires refunds are paid only if the condo is booked and rented for the full booking period.
Administrative Fee
There will be an administrative fee charged for the greater of one days booking, or $100. The administrative fee is applicable to each week booked, or portion thereof, with respect to all booking changes, or cancellations, made after the original booking date .
For example, If you rent for one week and you change your reservation or cancel it, for any reason, the fee will be either $100, or the average daily rate, whichever is higher. If you rent for 2 weeks and you change your reservation or cancel, for any reason, the administrative fee will be either $200, or the average daily rate, whichever is higher.

Fees & Taxes

Kauai taxes of 11.41% are to be added as is a 5% energy charge. The full fee for 7 days including taxes and cleaning is $553.00 (including $69.00 in taxes and $55.00 cleaning).
