The Sandpiper Village has a large swimming pool, jacuzzi and gas fired barbecue grills. It is located along side the Makai Golf Course and tennis facility in Princeville. When you stay at the Sandpiper you qualify for a discount when playig golf at either the Makai Golf Course or the Prince Golf Course, the number one course in Hawaii.

Nearby Attractions

The unit is located in the center of the beautiful gated community of Princeville, Kauai and is next to the Makai Golf Course and tennis facility. The Princeville Resort was voted the best resort on Kauai and the 8th best in the world by Conde Nast Traveler and is dramatically situated on a bluffs located between the blue Pacific Ocean and craggy, green, mystical mountains and is indescribably majestic. It offers home sites, condo's, hotels, shopping centers, restaurants, and 45 holes of golf. The world famous beaches of Hanalei Bay and Lumahai, and the spectacular scenery (the movie Jurassic Park was filmed here), are just a short, scenic drive away.

Princeville is a golfers paradise with the number one course in Hawaii (The Prince Course) and the number five course (The Makai Course).As a guest at The Sandpiper Village you qualify for golf discounts on both the world class 18 hole 'Prince Course', ranked Number 1 in Hawaii and Number 43 of 'America's 100 Greatest Golf Courses' and the 27 hole 'Makai Course', Ranked Number 7 in Hawaii and also in the top 100 by Golf Digest.

The best beaches in all Hawaii are located only 5 minutes from the bluffs of Princeville. They offer excellent snorkeling, scuba diving, wind surfing and kayaking. You can also kayak up the nearby rivers that connect the waterfalls to the ocean. Hike the Kalalau Trail on the Napali Coast also located on the North Shore of Kauai and see the breathtaking views of the mountains, waterfalls and the ocean. The North Shore of Kauai has some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere in the world.

Payment Methods Accepted

You may pay by a major credit card, PayPal, check or money order. You can register and pay my credit card or PayPal on line on the Condobob web site by clicking the link to our web site located on the Rentalo site, or you can call Condobob with your card information.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to book and the balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. The full amount is due for booking of under 7days. We rent the condo from a minimum of 3 days to a month. Lowq season is 9/15 to 12/15 and discounts are offered for booking in this period - ask for rates.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Refund Policy, Administration Cancellation Fee:

Refunds are made in full, less administrative charge, for cancellation made more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. After the 60-day period expires refunds are paid only if condo is rented for full booking period. If the condo is not rented for the full period, but only for a portion thereof, you will receive credit for the deposit, less administrative fees, on your next visit to a Condobob unit, if made within one year from cancellation date. Refunds are not transferable.There will be an administrative charge of $50 for each setup and for each cancellation, (2) for each week, or portion thereof, for all cancellations. For example, if you rent for one week and later find you need to cancel for any reason, the administration fee will be $100.

Fees & Taxes

Kauai taxes of 11.41% are to be added as is a 5% energy charge.
