The Cliffs Resort, located on the ocean, has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, recreation hall, tennis courts, putting green and sandtraps. The condo is a light and airy end unit with an unobstructed view of the blue Pacific Ocean where you can watch the dancing whales and the cruise ships circle the Island of Kauai.

The Cliffs Resort has a large swimming pool, jacuzz, sauna, tennis courts, putting green, recreation hall, and gas fired barbecue grills in several locations. It is located near the Makai Golf Course and tennis facility in Princeville. When you stay at the Cliffs Resort you qualify for a discount when playig golf at either the Makai Golf Course or the Prince Golf Course, the number one course in Hawaii. You can sign up for all the popular tours and attractions on Kauai right on the property and be picked up and droppped off for most of them.

You may pay by a major credit card, PayPal, check or money order. You can register and pay my credit card or PayPal on line on the Condobob web site by clicking the link to our web site located on the Rentalo site, or you can call Condobob with your card information.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to book and the balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. The full amount is due for booking of under 7days.We rent the condo from a minimum of 3 days to a month. Ask about our low season rates from 9/15 to 12/15.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Refund Policy, Administration Cancellation Fee:

Refunds are made in full, less administrative charge, for cancellation made more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. After the 60-day period expires refunds are paid only if condo is rented for full booking period. If the condo is not rented for the full period, but only for a portion thereof, you will receive credit for the deposit, less administrative fees, on your next visit to a Condobob unit, if made within one year from cancellation date. Refunds are not transferable.There will be an administrative charge of $100 for each setup and for each cancellation, (2) for each week, or portion thereof, for all cancellations. For example, if you rent for one week and later find you need to cancel for any reason, the administration fee will be $100.

Fees & Taxes

Kauai taxes of 11.41% are to be added as is a 5% energy charge.
