Hi Gerry and Beverley ! thank you for such a nice condo and at a very good price too... much lower than a regular hotel room, which has just as much comfort if not much more than a hotel room. Gerry's Waikiki Ocean View condo. Lovely, clean, fully furnished Waikiki vacation condo unit with ocean, Mountain, Golf Course or City views. 180 degree Panoramic ocean views from the 44th floor penthouse. Large 9 X 12 lanai, very complete granite kitchenette, digital Cable TV, VCR, private phone line / with free local calls. Studio rates start at $1650 per month ( low season) $55 per night + tax. Free wireless internet. Beautiful, remodeled penthouse studio. Our Waikiki vacation condos are located in Island Colony at 445 Seaside Avenue in the Heart of Waikiki, at Waikiki Beach. Terms & Conditions of Gerry's Waikiki Panoramic Ocean View Condos
We accept US Money orders, International Money orders, cashiers check payable on a US bank, cash orTravelers checks. We accept Pay Pal for the rental deposits. For last minute reservations we will collect payment in cash or travelers checks on arrival. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards or personal checks. Ask about our discounted rates for long term stays.
Deposits
A 20% rental deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The rental balance and the cleaning deposit is due on your arrival in Hawaii.
$300 Security Deposit:
Cancellation
Full refund, minus 10 % cancellation fee, if you cancel more than 60 days prior to your arrival. With less than 60 days notice, your payments will be refunded for the time you had reserved, that can be re rented. A 10 % cancellation fee applies on the full rental amount.
& Taxes
We are required to collect Hawaii G.E.T tax of 4.5 % and T.A . tax of 9.25%. (Total tax is 13.75%)Cleaning Fees: Studios: $100 1 Bedroom units: $125

This was our first visit to Hawaii from the UK and stayed over Christmas 2005. We were delighted with our studio which exceeded our expectations - spotlessly clean, every facility that you could need and the best view ever which was a joy day and night. The location is really convenient and the freedom to eat out (plenty to choose from nearby) or in (we had excellent takeout from the International Marketplace food court a couple of times too) made our holiday in wonderful Hawaii (surely the best place on earth) even more enjoyable. Thank you Gerry - we will return but will stay a lot longer next time!

Dear Gerry,
Just a quick note to say thank you. We enjoyed the condo so much and had a wonderful, restful vacation. Bev was great, helped us with all sorts of hints of places to shop and things to do. I relly must say we were very impressed with all the amenities in our suite and loved the set up with the dinette on the lanai. We made good use of that and enjoyed the wonderful vista from the penthouse studio we had the past month. We will certainly recommend the Island Colony and the "Gerry and Bev" team to all our friends. Mahalo and aloha for now.
