The Living room has a TV, VCR, DVD and stereo system. Several music CDs, DVD movies, puzzles and games are provided for your enjoyment. A hot tub is located in a lower patio off of the Master bedroom. The Kitchen is fully-equipped including microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, coffee maker and grinder. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, TV, DVD and a spacious adjoining Master bath with a double shower. The second bedroom has a TV/VCR and a queen bed. The third bedroom has a set of twin beds. A washer/dryer, ironing board and iron are also provided.

The Links at Bodega Harbour is located just down the street and is one of the premier golf courses in Northern California. The Country Club also serves lunch daily and dinner on the weekends.

Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Gift and Grocery Shopping are all within a 10 minute drive of Pacific Sail. Enjoy golfing, surfing, kayaking, hiking to the beach, horseback riding in the dunes, fishing off the docks or on a charter, kite flying, walking, jogging, or riding bikes in the area.

The total is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival date, payment is due within five days of booking. Additionally, a fully refundable deposit of $200 is due at the same time. This deposit is held until after check out and an examination that the property is left in good order. The deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure.



Cancellations must be made within 30 days prior to arrival. Early departures cannot be refunded.



A $100 cleaning fee will be assessed which includes cleaning of linens and towels. The county bed tax will be added to the above rates.
