The AC Nuevo Portil Golf Hotel, with its newly built hundred-acre pine tree golf course, is located on the western shore of the Costa de la Luz, in the town of Cartaya. Alternatively, guests who favour more recreational activities can go horse riding, mountain biking or jet skiing and windsurfing at Punta Umbria's beach, which is ten kilometres from the hotel. The nearest airport is in Seville, around an hour and a half drive away.
