The Lodge Is Situated On 280 Sunny Hillside Acres, 15 Minutes From Fairbanks. Massive Spruce Trees Were Logged From The Homestead And Crafted Into The Unique Structure Of A Taste Of Alaska Lodge. The 7000 Square-foot Natural Log Building, Completed In 1995, Is Decorated With Antiques And Alaskan Collectibles. In 1947, The Original 160 Acres Was Homesteaded By Walter Dorothy Eberhardt Who Developed The Land For Farming. Walter Continues To Farm It Today.
