The Santa Felicita Paterna is an old rural village composed of some farmhouses dating back to the 12th century, divided into 15 apartments, and renovated with respect to the original architecture and features. This country farm is located a few kilometers from Citta Castello, a noble and medieval city situated in Umbria, between the hills of the Tiber Valley. The immediate surroundings offer a beautiful, natural landscape of cornfields and woods. The quiet, unspoilt, charm of the area offers the perfect location for an unforgettable holiday. As this property is in a rural location, the nearest restaurants are found in a nearby village, where diners can choose between traditional and nouvelle cuisine menus. The estate's facilities include a swimming pool for adults and another for children, as well as a fitness center and tennis court.
All of the farmhouses have been divided into various apartments. Each apartment has its own separate entrance and they are all elegantly and comfortably furnished. These apartments have some external space with outdoor furniture, as well. They al have a spacious dining and living area, with a kitchenette, double sofa bed and a fireplace. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower. Reception is open from 9 am until 1 pm, and then again from 4 pm until 8 pm. Pets are allowed in the apartments, but not in the common areas.
