Location. The 18th century former French Quarter townhouse, Dauphine Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, La., was built in 1775 and stands one block from Bourbon Street. Many New Orleans popular attractions are located one mile from the hotel, including Harrah's New Orleans Casino & Hotel, the Mississippi River and the Riverwalk.

Take I-10 East to the I-10/610 split.
Pass the "New Orleans Business District."
Merge right at the Slidell/1-10 split.
Continue on I-10 to "Orleans Avenue/Vieux Carre" Exit (235-A).
The ramp exit will merge with Orleans Avenue.
Move into the far left lane.
Take the U-turn at the sign that reads "N. Rampart via Toulouse."
Immediately merge into the far right lane.
This will lead to the Toulouse entrance into the French Quarter.
Go three blocks to Dauphine Street and take a right.
The hotel is located two blocks ahead on the right.
