Booked a king room with smoking and upon arrival was told it was non-smoking. They moved my wife and I to a second room that they said had 2 queen beds. The other room had 2 double beds and STILL was non-smoking. I had to call the Days Inn head office to get this fixed. Days Inn paid for my wife and I to stay at the Howartd Johnson's just down the road. I would not stay at the days Inn in Lenox if it was a lifetime of free stays.
