Expert Tip. The fully restored Medieval Crane, 500 metres from the hotel, was completed in 1444 to handle heavy goods. Getting there.The bus B runs from the Gdansk Airport into the city centre. Change to tram no. 8 or 13 or take the bus no. 112 to get to the hotel. A taxi fare to the hotel costs 60 EUR. Prices are subject to change.

Getting around. Parking in the old part of Gdansk is severely restricted and public transport is recommended. Public transport is safe, efficient and cheap and connects the tri-city (Gdansk, Gdynia and Sopot) almost 24 hours a day. Tickets can be bought at kiosks and cost always 2.45 SLO, irrespective of distance. Prices are all subject to change.

Driving directions.From Gdansk Airport, follow signs to Gdansk. Pass the central railway station. Head for the road to Warsaw. Take the overpass to Podwale Przedmjeskie (signposted Warsaw). Ignore the second overpass. U-turn under the second overpass. Turn left into Dlugie Ogrody Street. After 500 metres, turn left into Lakowa Street.
