Getting there. Taxis to central Cagliari cost approximately 10 EUR. Buses depart every 30 minutes for Piazza Matteotti. Tickets must be bought prior to boarding, and are available from machines at the bus stop. Single tickets cost 2 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Cagliari's medieval centre is compact and easy to explore on foot. Local buses run throughout the area, and intercity buses run to Nuoro, Villasimius, Sassari, and Oristano. Hiring a car is recommended for exploring further afield.
