Evian 249 is located in its own private enclave in the heart of the Shipyard resort. This community-within-a-community is a 5-minute bike ride one minute by car from the beach and the fine dining and entertainment of the oceanfront. You can enjoy the pool, 6 tennis courts, and tranquil lagoons. Please note that motorcycles, boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed in the gated communities of Shipyard, Palmetto Dunes, and Sea Pines. There are limited storage facilities available.
