I stayed for three nights at the Graben Hotel in May 2006. I had a very pleasant stay. My room was large, on the top floor and had the most comfortable bed during my 3 week trip through Germany, Austria and Czech Republic. They offered a special 3 night package which included one free dinner, breakfast included, and a 3 hour city tour including Schonbrunn Palace with Cityrama. They have an excellent Italian/ Austrian restaurant. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. The hotel is centrally located in Vienna and only a few steps away from the Graben pedestrian shopping square. Petra M, Vancouver Canada
