This was one of the worst experiences in a hotel that I have ever had. The hallway smelled of urine and body odor ( a cross between a kennel and a men's locker room.) The mattress was so thin that when sitting on the end to tie my shoes the head of the bed lifted 6 inches above the springs. There is no maid service and the beds are not made nor the room straightened unless you stay for a week (if this isin an agreement I never saw this). There are only 4 towels for 2 people to last for a week. Although there is a "kitchen" there was one mug and no glasses or cooking utensils. The air condintioning was not working and the directions were confusing--the surly lady at the front desk argued with my wife when she told her this, then after looking at the problem while we were out (after much dicussion), we were told that there was nothing wrong. A dog barked all night for the 3 nights that we stayed (we had no where else to go) and people were pounding on the doors down the hall yelling--the management was unaware of any of this and did nothing after we complained. We never received any glasses after requests although another mug mysteriously appeared in our "kitchen" upon our request so someone was certainly in our room. We told the front desk that we would never be back and there was no effort made to retain our good will. Obviously there was no indication that the management cared whether we returned or not.
