Getting there. Frequent buses run from the airport to central Ljubljana, and single tickets cost 4.20 EUR. Bus services also run to Cerklje na Gorenjskem and Kranj. Taxis to central Ljubljana cost approximately 8,000 SIT (35 EUR). Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Ljubljana's public bus service is efficient and cheap. Regular trains run from Ljubljana train station to many of the region's towns. A car is useful for exploring the surrounding countryside.
