Location. Killarney International Youth Hostel is set in 77 acres of forests and gardens. The property is an attractive 18th century mansion located five kilometres from Killarney town centre in Ireland's County Kerry. Cork International Airport (ORK) is 87 kilometres from the hostel, approximately 90 minutes by car. Hotel Features. The hostel features a games room, television and video lounge, library and picnic area. Guests can make use of the secure storage room and the front desk's safe-desposit box. Driving directions. From Cork city, join the N22 and follow directions for Tralee and then Killarney. Take a right at a pub called the Golden Nugget. You will find the hostel on your left shortly after the turning.
