Getting there. The Aerobus runs to the city centre every 30 minutes. Single tickets cost 5 EUR. Local buses also operate between the airport and the city centre. Taxis are available for the three-kilometre trip from the city centre to the hotel. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Funchal and the surrounding areas are served by a good public bus network. A car is useful for travelling further afield.
