-Check-in procedure Check-in is located at the Welcome Center. The Welcome Center is located in the middle of the condos in front of the pool and jacuzzi area. The Welcome Center is open from 8 am to 9 pm Monday through Saturday and 9 am to 5 pm on Sundays. -After hours check-in procedure The late check-in box is located to the left of the doors at the Welcome Center. The box is clearly marked Moose Hollow check-in. There is a sign located on the doors to the Welcome Center with numbers in case of any emergencies. There is also a phone to the right side of the doors.
