The description is a complete fabrication; the staff do not speak understandable English, the rooms are small and dirty, beds very lumpy and hard,and the amenities are laughable. My room key failed 3 times, Internet was faulty, pool was not cleaned and kept locked, laundry service was a do it yourself you had to buy and share with hotel janitorial staff. The worst was no ice available! I was told they are having problems due to recent acquisition, but no compensation was offered for a bad experience. The staff did try and were courteous, but the physical Hotel is a disaster.
