We made a reservation for eight days in advance of arrival. We were not told we had to stay the entire 8 days unless we canceled the whole 8 days 48 prior to arrival. THIS WAS NOT EXPLAINED TO US ON PLACEMENT OF RESERVATION. We could not cancel the room even if we were not pleased with its condition without paying the eight nights. When we asked to see hotel manager she was not available. Manager (Valerie) was present and pretended to be a desk clerk. We found this out later. Room inventory required on check-in. I have never filled out a room inventory for any motel or hotel I have stayed in. It was radiculous. Hotel manager was not available for complaints........although she was present and pretended to be a desk clerk and not Valerie, the manager. This was found out at end of our stay. There was no point in complaining as nothing was done. Computer was available for guest use, however, there was no toner for the printer. When I questioned when they were going to replace it , I was told "never". There was no way to print directions on map quest, airline boarding passes, etc. There is no continental breakfast as listed on this site. There was a coffee maker in our room. Towels were full of holes or threadbare. Maids picked up used towels early morning for laundering and returned them later as there were not enough to go around. Noisy during night with lots of "unknown activities" going on in motel. I have never stayed at a motel where I heard so many quests complaining about mold in rooms, and rags wrapped around pipes. One quest even took photos. This motel leaves MUCH TO BE DESIRED. It does not meet the standarrds for a Quality Inn.
