Distance to Residenz Hotel Seaside Chemnitz is 80 kilometres, approximately 60 minutes' drive.

Getting there. The airport has an underground railway station with shuttle trains. The S- Bahn station is located on the terminal building's lower level. An airport coach departs every 30 minutes for Dresden city centre, and the fare is around 15 EUR.

Getting around. There is an extensive transportation network in Chemnitz (CVAG) with more than 30 bus lines and six tram lines. One ticket is valid for either buses or trams with no transfer fees. Tickets cost 1.60 EUR for a single ticket or 3.20 EUR for a day ticket. Weekly, monthly, and annual tickets are available. From the main bus station (Zentralhaltestelle) in the city center it is possible to get to at least four major shopping centres. Regional buses and trains operate between Chemnitz and other German cities. Prices are all subject to change.

Driving directions. From the airport follow the signs to the Motorway A4.
Drive in the direction of Frankfurt am Main/Erfurt.
Take the exit Chemnitz Mitte (Centre) and turn right in the direction of the centre.
Drive straight on at the B95 until the Zschopau traffic lights.
Turn right then right again to reach the hotel.
