From Southwest Florida Regional Airport:

Follow the Terminal Access Road out of the airport.
Turn right onto Treeline Avenue Extension.
Continue on Treeline Avenue for approximately 2.5 miles.
Turn left onto Daniels Parkway.
Drive under the I-75 overpass.
Continue straight ahead, crossing US 41 to Summerlin Road.
(Daniels Parkway becomes Cypress Lake Drive once you have crossed over U.S. 41).
Turn left on Summerlin Road.
Continue on Summerlin 10 miles to the Sanibel Causeway (toll fee).
Cross the causeway, continue straight ahead to the four-way stop at Periwinkle Way.
Proceed straight a quarter-mile, turn left at the next stop sign.
The hotel is the first driveway on the right.
