Should be a minus 100. I am seeking the government protection services of the city. Roaches in the bathroom, hairdryer nearly killed me after shooting fire from the wall. When reported was told would not call manager but if building caught on fire they would call 911! Such a list I have! After over 20 years visiting VA Beach this is absolute worst experience!!! Letter to President and the City on the way.
