Driving Directions: Getting there. Frequent daily bus services run from the bus station adjacent to the terminal at the central Edinburgh bus terminus at Waverley Bridge, which is half a mile from the hotel. Taxis are also available from a taxi rank adjacent to the terminal and fares to the hotel cost around 15 GBP.

Driving directions. Leave the airport following directions to Edinburgh. Continue along the A8 keeping in the right- hand lane. Take the underpass and continue towards the city centre for around four miles. Turn right at the Caledonian Hotel, and take the first left onto King Stables Road. Drive to the end of this road and turn left. Take the next left onto Victoria Street. At the top of this street turn right then take the first left onto Chambers Street. Drive to the end of this road and turn right. Continue for a half-mile to the Festival Theatre and turn left onto Hill Place.
