Good price, but you get what you pay for. "Coffee in lobby" is a joke- the lobby is 5'x5',dark, freezing cold and I've yet to see coffee in the pot. Room had a bottle of conditioner, but after 3 days haven't seen any shampoo. We had a jacuzzi room(very nice concept!), but the room still only came with 2 bath towels. The Wagon Wheel Motel is located in the beautiful Berkshire Country in western Massachusetts. We are 65 miles away from the Albany and Bradley airport. We are also central to many major attractions such as the Tanglewood Music Festival, Hancock Shaker Village, Bosquet Ski area, Jacobs Pillow and the Norman Rockwell Museum.

Driving Directions: From Albany Take RT 90 EAST for the MASS TURNPIKE to EXIT 2 for LEE. Go RIGHT onto 20 WEST for 8 miles to the motel. Motel will be on the right. From New York City and Vicinity Take TACONIC STATE PARKWAY or NY STATE THRUWAY to I-90 EAST to EXIT 2 of MASS TURNPIKE for LEE. Go right onto RT 20 WEST for 8 miles to the motel. Motel will be on the right. From Boston Take MASS TURNPIKE to EXIT 2 for LEE. Go RIGHT onto 20 WEST for 8 miles to the motel. Motel will be on the right. From Western Connecticut Follow RT 7 NORTH to LENOX to the motel.

Room had a bottle of conditioner, but after 3 days haven't seen any shampoo. We had a jacuzzi room(very nice concept!), but the room still only came with 2 bath towels. And the moulding around the jacuzzi was peeling in places. Also skimpy on pillows, an ice bucket in the room but no ice machine. A little more attention to detail would make such a difference.
