Our Disney World vacation rental homeis situated on Hampton Lakes, which is a small estate of luxury houses and is situated on Highway 27 about 2 miles south of the 192 and about 15 minutes drive from the Disney attractions in Florida.This house was built in May 2003. It has 5 double bedrooms(three rooms with double beds and two rooms with twin beds). Carlton Villa Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Payment can be made by cheque or visa (nominal charge) or bank transfer.

In order to secure your dates, a non-refundable deposit of $200 per week booked is required. This fee will be deducted from your total account which must be settled 8 weeks before departure.A refundable security deposit of $300 is payable with your final balance.Security deposit - A security deposit of $200 is required in case of damage done to the home above and beyond normal wear and tear. Upon arrival at the villa, please check for any damage and report it to the management company within 48 hours. You will be responsible for any damages noted by the housekeeping supervisor after your departure. Deposits will be refunded in full within 14 days on confirmation that all is in order.
Booking within 8 weeks of departure - The full cost of the rental must be paid on booking. You may pay the total cost at any time up to 8 weeks before departure. If payment is not received by this time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund.
Changing your booking - All changes in bookings are subject to availability and must be done no later than 8 weeks before departure. A £25 fee will be charged for this service. If the requested dates are not available, the normal cancellation terms apply.
Cancellation - All cancellations must be given in writing. Bookings cancelled more than 8 weeks from departure will forfeit the booking fee. Regrettably, no refunds can be given for cancellations after this date. We strongly recommend taking out an insurance policy to cover you for this eventuality.
Taxes and Cleaning are included in the rental rate. To calculate a Daily Rental Rate use 15% of the Weekly Rate - Extra charge of $120 for less than 5 days stay.Pool Heating is an extra $125 / WeekFor Sterling rates - Use $1.85 to £1 exchange rate
