Hurry to book as we have a few weeks left in Spring season. This is the best rate on the Gulf for the amenities/location and upgraded unit. Weekend specials for 3 day/ 2 night stays only $250.00 !
Our unit is very clean with new Balcony tile and light Berber carpeting, mirrored walls, track lighting, full size fridge and stove top burners with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, can opener etc., even a George Foreman grill.. All you need is to bring your suit and toothbrush! Private balcony has upgraded chaise lounge, swivel chair, flowers, table and outside speakers! w/ remote and Stereo/CD, ceiling fan, and model decorated in 'island beach theme'. Full size queen bed and pull out sofa (double bed), large closet, vanity and bathroom, plants, candles, etc.
I also just put in a brand new Samsung 30 inch flat screen HDTV so you can enjoy your favorite games, dvds and shows 'up close' . This is a private unit with many upgrades typically not included in the 'standard' units. All glassware, silverware, umbrellas, beach chairs, towels etc included. We also are flexible on arrival/departure and can rent partial weeks. Why pay 40% more for a unit that is 'half as good' as ours. .....and the only unit at the Resort with a comfy $400.00 leather chair / recliner w/ ottoman .
My wife and I purchased this 'standard unit' several years ago and upgraded with our own personal touches to make it a 'comfy oasis' where our guests and friends can feel at home while enjoying the beautiful views and area. It certainly proves that great things can come in 'small' packages and yes, we only use 2 ply soft Charmin toilet paper and not that cheap 'hotel tissue' stuff. My wife insists it's the small details that are most important and we know what our guests like.
The views from this upper floor are 'far and wide' compared to a 'higher priced' unit on a lower floor looking over parking or the pool. The unit is directly over the Gulf beach and a beautiful landscaped area with uplighted Palm trees at night. Watch the seagulls hover around the balcony and view boats, para-sailers, volleyball players and gorgeous sunsets while listening to a great CD on the outside speakers. Bring your own Champagne or bottle of wine and we provide the rest including cork screws, ice bucket and wine rack! We even provide a few of our favorite CD's for your enjoyment, (jazz, classic, rock) while sitting on the balcony and watching a perfect bright orange and majenta sunset !

The Island Inn Resort is located directly on the Gulf in Treasure Island and has FREE coffee in the lobby every morning, outside patio tables for reading, eating or having a sunset happy hour. Gas grills and a heated pool on the beach with cold beer, drinks and sandwiches served at the Resort Beach Bar for your convenience. Two elevators for quick access and both surface and covered parking available. Also, one of the few resorts with two boat docks right on the Intercoastal for fishing, boating etc. This resort is just 1 mile south of John's Pass with all of its quaint stores, ice cream shops, restaurants, bars, live music and incredible views including Gators Cafe and Saloon, the largest waterfront bar on the West Coast. !! Resort just repainted last summer ! Very Clean and close to everything!

Comments for Treasure Island Gulf Condo !!! Vacation Rental 
My husband and I just returned from a 5 night stay in January. This condo is perfect for a couple or small family, and the owners couldn't be nicer. They were very flexible with our late check out, due to a late departing flight. The unit is clean and very well equipped. There was even a pair of reading glasses for those of us "40 something". It's the personal touches that you will truely enjoy. Beach towels and beach chairs, everything you could possibly need or want. They even had low lights and soft music playing when we arrived. Nice touch! I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for a week in August 2005. It's a great room that is nicer and more comfortable than other units at Island Inn, the personal touches really add up. Amazing beach/gulf view from the balcony (and even from the bed, if you're feeling lazy!). The location is great, close to John's Pass and St. Pete. We'll be back!

My wife and I stayed here for a week in January '05. The place was great! Beautiful beachfront view...walk straight out of lobby onto the beach. Unit was very nice and clean and well kept up. A/C worked great...kitchen and bathroom very nice...great cable tv. Location was great...right along Gulf Blvd near John's Pass. I very highly recommend it!
