This unit books up fast during peak season (February-April) since we are 40% under the Resort rate as we own and manage this unit. The best discount rates are typically June through the summer months which are available for only $75.00 per night ! See our pricing Specials.. . Compare the peak Resort rate of $192.00/ night and $1,200+ per week+ for a 'standard' room to our discounted peak rates of only $840.00/week. Hurry to book as we still have a few weeks left in February and March available. This is the best rate on the Gulf for the amenities/location and upgraded unit. Weekend specials during the summer for 3 day/ 2 night stays only $150.00 ! (off peak only) and if you book for 3 nights or more, your first two drinks at the Tiki bar are on us!

Our unit is very clean with new Balcony tile and light Berber carpeting, mirrored walls, track lighting, full size fridge and stove top burners with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, griddle, toaster oven, can opener etc., even a George Foreman grill.. All you need is to bring your suit and toothbrush! Private balcony has comfy 'Adirondack' chair, swivel chair, flowers, table and outside speakers. Stereo/CD, ceiling fan, and model decorated in 'island beach theme'. Full size queen bed and pull out sofa (double bed), large closet, vanity and bathroom, plants, candles, etc.

The unit has a Samsung 30 inch flat screen TV and 12,000 btu A/C unit. This is a privately owned 'hotel/condo' with many upgrades typically not included in the 'standard' units. All glassware, silverware, umbrellas, beach chairs, towels etc included. We also are flexible on arrival/departure and can rent partial weeks. Why pay 40% more for a unit that is 'half as good' as ours. We also have a comfy $400.00 leather chair/recliner with ottoman to relax.

My wife and I purchased this unit several years ago and upgraded with our own personal touches to make it a 'comfy oasis' where our guests and friends can feel at home while enjoying the beautiful views and area. It certainly proves that great things can come in 'small' packages, (and yes, we only use 2 ply soft toilet paper and not that cheap 'hotel tissue' stuff). My wife insists it's the small details that are most important. This is a non smoking unit.

The views from this upper floor are 'far and wide' compared to a 'higher priced' unit on a lower floor looking over parking or the pool. The unit is directly over the Gulf beach with a beautiful landscaped area next to the beach. Watch the seagulls hover around the balcony and view boats, para-sailers, volleyball players and gorgeous sunsets while listening to a great CD on the outside speakers. Bring your own Champagne or bottle of wine and we provide the rest including cork screws, ice bucket and wine rack We even provide a few of our favorite CD's for your enjoyment, (jazz, classic, rock) while sitting on the balcony and watching a perfect sunset.

PS We also own a beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath private villa in the island community of Isla Del Sol (St Pete Beach/T. Verde area) if you need more room. 1220 s.f., all tiled, split bedroom plan, private parking, right next to pool/spa.
