Bolivar Suites is a luxury penthouse apartment in the historic center of Mexico City. Decorated in a fresh contemporary style, it offers breathtaking views over the city. The 4 charming bedrooms and 3.5 marble bathrooms comfortably accommodate six guests; or singles/couples can book just 1 or 2 bedrooms at favourable rates and still have exclusive use of the enormous living/dining area, plant-filled terrace and modern, well-equipped kitchen. No sharing with other guests!Continental breakfast and maid service are included. The journalist owner who lives in the building, wants her guests to feel at home and personally attends to their special wishes.

Take a taxi or the metro to attractions farther afield, such as the Anthropology Museum, Coyoacan with its small-village atmosphere or the /"floating/" gardens of Xochimilco. And hire a car or hop on a bus for day trips to the famous Teotihuacan pyramids and other archaeological sites like Tula or Xochicalco.

A gorgeous sanctuary in the best spot in Mexico City. A fabulous penthouse steps from Cafe Tacuba and the Zocalo. Ceci and Renate are fantastic hostesses and guides and friends. I have been back home for about a day and I already miss the people, the place, the food, the colors, the sounds and the sights.

After now years of having the honor of renting this appartment in the historic center of Mexico D.F. , I still can certify a more than perfect attention by the owner and the mais Ceci.
The appartement is still in top shape, Petra takes car of every detail, the smallest spot on a carpet ist cleaned imediately,etc.
iIcan and will recomend strongly this nice and perfect hide away for Business people staying in Mexico for a couple of weeks and also for tourists staying in this metropoli.
Keep up the faith and the perfect work .

This enormous, graceful, meticulously appointed and charming apartment is beyond belief, literally. We could not believe that we had found such a perfect location, such a comfortable and tasteful accomodation with such a knowledgeable, helpful and dellightful host, in the middle of the fabulous Centro Historico! Restaurants, museums, shops, the Alameda and the zocalo minutes from the front door. If you want to experience the real Mexico City in luxury, comfort and safety, book Bolivar 8 and expect the best.

Just returned and was sad to leave. Petra and Ceci create a wonderful oasis in the middle of the bustling metropolis. If you have ever been to Mexico city before you know that at the end of the day it's important to have this type of oasis. The service is fantastic and yet unobtrusive. If you want to be waited on hand and foot this is not for you. But, if you want freedom in the center of it all this is it! Without a doubt this is where I will stay when I return! I hesitate to say that because it may make it hard for me to get a reservation, but Petra deserves the great review!

Petra gives you a feeling of beiing at home.
More than recomendable.
I/we are there for at least six times a year for a period of 12 days in a row and will not change this nice place for a million dolars.
