i stayed at the caprice last week and it was awesome. the view of the gulf of mexico gave me much needed tranquility. it is a safe clean place to stay. the mgmt is caring . i highly reccomend this condo complex. Read more

Deposits
A reservation deposit of $250 for a week and $500 for reservations for 2 weeks and longer is required.
Cancellation
Cancellation requires 45 days notice prior to arrival for a refund, for more details please see rental policies on our website.
& Taxes
12% taxes, $95 cleaning/departure fee and $30 processing fee will be added to rental fee
