Please ask for our discounted monthly rates! We accept payments by credit card (VISA/MC), check, money order, cash. Please note that the the rental period between February 12th and April 30th, 2011 is from Saturday to Saturday only. Deposits
A reservation deposit of $250 for a week and $500 for reservations for 2 weeks and longer is required.

Cancellation
Cancellation requires 45 days notice prior to arrival for a refund, for more details please see rental policies on our website.

12% taxes, $100 cleaning/departure fee and $30 processing fee are not in included in the above rates
