Beach Front Condo Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Please note: If you are staying an extended length of time, a DISCOUNT will be given.Annually: $1400.00 monthly, includes electric (A/C), water, waste, cable TV & parking.Bank transfer, or Bank checks or Money Orders, Personal checks okay, but must clear and be paid in full before keys can be released. Check-out 11:00 am. Check-in 4:00 pm. (earlier, if available).
Deposit: Half the total amount required upon booking reservations.Final payment: Must be Paid in Full, before the arrival date: eight (8) weeks for Peak Season and Season rentals and four (4) weeks for Semi-Season and Off-Season rentals.
Sixty (60) days written cancellation notice required for deposit refundon reservations of one month or longer. No refunds on short termrentals.
