Open your door, walk out to the pool and beach and just relax and enjoy the magnificent Sunshine State. We offer an impeccable clean, completely furnished studio apartment, that sleeps 4.With a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that has a table with 4 chairs. The ceramic tile, palm tree boarders give this a real Key West flair. It is very roomy and has a private dressing room with sink. There's an extra large walk in shower to rinse off the salt ocean water.

This ocean front property is located about 15 miles North from the Ft. Lauderdale/HollywoodInternational Airport. Situated on the Atlantic Ocean with its own private beach.

Deposit: Half the total amount required upon booking reservations.Final payment: Must be Paid in Full, before the arrival date: eight (8) weeks for Peak Season and Season rentals and four (4) weeks for Semi-Season and Off-Season rentals.

Cancellation
Sixty (60) days written cancellation notice required for deposit refundon reservations of one month or longer. No refunds on short termrentals.

All rates are provided by the owner and are subject to change at any time.

Note: About extra charges to our rates:Local and State Taxes: add 11% Security keys, parking decal, replacement and cleaning deposit of $100.00 is due upon booking reservation. It will be refunded upon the return of the keys, parking decal, no missing or broken items and that the condo is left clean and in the same condition as it was when first rented.*Cleaning Fee: In order to avoid a $100.00 cleaning fee, we ask that the condo be left in the same condition it wasfirst rented to you. That includes all linens, towels and the dishes must be clean, before checking out.
