Newly refurbished 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located at the beach in Carlsbad, California. The ocean view living area is decorated in tasteful muted tones, and is well-lit by skylights. It has a vaulted ceiling and is accented by original art.
The twin-bedded guest bedroom and bath has a whimsical fish theme. This bedroom also includes original artwork. The master bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom also has original artwork.
The kitchen is fully stocked. A wrap around balcony has a barbecue and outside table and chairs to enjoy the view and the ocean breezes.

The village area of Carlsbad is a short stroll away, with shops, restaurants, and a commuter train station to take you downtown or to Orange County (Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm) or to Los Angeles.
However, you'll find it hard to leave the miles and miles of white sand beaches, the world famous Flower Fields, Legoland, and dozens of golf courses. Carlsbad is home to the San Diego Marathon (January), the Carlsbad 5000 (March) and many other sporting events, as well as the new campus of the Gemological Institute of America.

Deposits
A $350 deposit holds your reservation. Full pre-payment of rent is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation
Cancellation notice must be recieved at least 60 days prior to arrival for full refund of deposit. Cancellation is less than 60 days, prepaid rent is forteited unless we're able to rebook the condo.
& Taxes
Local tax and a $125.00 clean-out fee applies to all rentals.
