Our new, five-bedroom/four-bathroom Kissimmee rental house is only three miles from Walt Disney World, located in the Indian Ridge Oaks community of Kissimmee. Features include two master suites with king-size beds, all towels and linens, a fully-equipped kitchen, 5 cable TVs (40 LCD HDTV in Great Room), DVD players, VCRs, free High Speed Internet (wireless and wired) and a 30-foot, screen-enclosed, swimming pool (with gas pool heat available in winter). A whirlpool spa connects to the pool, and doubles as a kiddie pool. The perfect size and perfect location to make your visit to Central Florida the perfect vacation!

Cancellation
The deposit is fully refundable until 30 days prior to check in. Within 30 days, all funds paid are 50% refundable until 24 hours prior to check in; 100% refundable if we get replacement booking.

Rates do not include 13% sales tax.

Pool/Spa heat recommended for October thru April; available for $140/week plus tax.

Cleaning/short stay fee will be added for stays of less than 6 nights.
