Accidental insurance waiver available for $75 or $250 security deposit required.
The deposit is fully refundable until 30 days prior to check in. Within 30 days, all funds paid are 50% refundable until 24 hours prior to check in; 100% refundable if we get replacement booking.
Rates do not include 13% sales tax.
Pool/Spa heat recommended for October thru April; available for $140/week plus tax.
