Between November 2008 and April 2009 we have completed a $25,000 'remodelling' - refurbishing and upgrading the house to a whole new level of quality to make staying here even more enjoyable. We give all our guests details of a short cut that enables you to avoid the traffic jams and be at Animal kingdom within 10 minutes even on the busiest days. Our non-smoking home is a 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom (1 en suite) detached house with separate lounge, dining room, family room and kitchen, pool, double garage. Fully air conditioned, tiled floors throughout (except bedrooms). Ideal for up to 6 people, and can accommodate 8 using the queen sized sofa bed. A cot and high chair are provided.

Space - exceptionally large for a 3 bedroom house with almost 2000 sq ft compared with a normal 1400 sq ft divided between a large living area, separate reception rooms and good size bedrooms
Class and comfort - the look and feel of a new house, designer interiors and top quality luxury furnishings, tiled floors throughout (except for the bedrooms that have new deep pile carpet).
Technology - All bedrooms have cable TV, and Family room and Master bedroom have High Definition TVs with cable HD channels and DVD. Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) gives High speed broadband internet access in all rooms and by pool.
Pool - huge west facing deck with large lanai (shaded area), large pool and spa. Both can be heated for an extra charge, with spa as a hot tub.
Setting - completely private outlook at the rear of the house, backing onto open land and woodland. Not overlooked by the houses at either side of the house, fenced on all 3 sides.

2 Gas (Petrol) stations, 2 Nail/Beauty Salons, Take away Pizza, 2 Video rentals, Chinese restaurant, Publix Supermarket, Medical centre, Dennys family restaurant, British pub, 7 Eleven store.
About half a mile North on the US 27 at the first traffic lights is a new Wal-Mart superstore open 24 hours a day for food, clothing, pharmacy, CD/DVDs, household, nail bar, optician, etc
Turning right (East) within a mile there are:
Orange Lakes Country Club (5 golf courses)
Turning for new road (Western Beltway) that leads up to the new Western entrance to Disney
4 Pizza restaurants (nearest is Pizza Hut), 4 Chinese restaurants, McDonalds, 6 family restaurants (including TGI Friday), Pharmacy, Publix supermarket, Liquor store, Beauty salon, 2 Banks, Doctor, Denim shop, video rental, Electrical shop, music shop etc etc.
In the next 2 miles there are literally dozens more shops and restaurants before the turning for the Southern entrance to Walt Disney World.
The next mile contains the junction with the Interstate 4 motorway, so not much here, then you enter Kissimmee with hundreds more shops and restaurants within 4 miles, just on this road alone !
