SUMMER RESERVATIONS - DEPOSIT: An initial non-refundable deposit of one night's rent is due at the time of booking by credit card. Final payment, including taxes and fees is due 14 days prior to arrival.
WINTER RESERVATIONS - CANCELLATION POLICY: If a written cancellation is received 31 or more days prior to arrival (61 days for the Holiday Season), a fee equal to $50 per person will be withheld. If the cancellation is received 30 days or less prior to arrival (60 days for Holiday Season), full payment will be withheld. Reservation changes made 30 days or less prior to arrival (60 days during the Holiday Season) will be subject to cancellation fees.
