This spacious oceanfront condo has amazing ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen and is outfitted with children items such as a pack-n-play, stroller, bouncer and booster seat. You will enjoy the spectacular ocean view your private covered 32 foot furnished balcony. The Condo also features WIFI Hi Speed and use of the garage. Unit has an elevator and is handicap accessible, garage, fireplace, washer dryer and large master with jucuzzi tub.

$100 Refundable Security Deposit.
Cancellation
To confirm your reservation, you'll need to send an advance rent payment equal to one half of the reservation period's rental amount within 7 days. The balance of your rent plus any security deposit will be due 10 days prior to your arrival. For resevations made within 10 days of arrival, payment is expected by the end of that same day. Refund of deposit if cancellation is received no later than 14 days prior to reservation date.
& Taxes
Included - Note because it is privately owned, taxes and fees are minimal and included in rental price.

We enjoyed this lovely condo in early June 2008. It was in a great location for sight-seeing on the Outer Banks. It was well-equipped and decorated with a grand view of the ocean. The lifeguarded beach was a welcome sign, too.

The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is a beautiful 3 bedroom on the ocean. Does not hide behing a sand dune. The living room and master bedroom have a wall of windows that look over the ocean/sand/waves. A terrific view! Close to everything in the Outer Banks. This is a great find and we will be back. Thanks Matt.
