The apartments are very comfortably equipped and offer best conditions for short and long term stay. The size of the apartments are between 40 (1 room) - 70 (2 rooms) square meters = 450-750 square feet offering 1 or 2 rooms with living room and bedroom, fully furnished kitchen, bathroom and WC. Some of the apartments offer also a balcony or are air-conditioned. They are well suitable to accommodate 1-5 (6) persons.

Furthermore the apartments offer PC with high speed internet connection (XDLS) free of charge, cable TV & DVD, and CD-players, stereo HiFi, telephone, fax and answering system.

The modern kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing-machine & dryer, refrigerator with integrated freezer, etc. Cutlery, pots and pans as well as other kitchenware are provided for 6 guests. Electricity: 220-230 V

Becouse of the very central location of the apartments you can reach the most tourist atractions and important sights of cultural interest, as well as business, shopping and entertainment centers by walking (State Opera House, Spanish Riding School, Imperia Palace (Hofburg) with its convention centre, St. Stephan's Cathedrale, Concert House Vienna, Musikverein Vienna, Palace of Belvedere, The National Theatre) and in front of it the City Hall of Vienna. The famous 'Viennese scene' is either within 3-10 minutes walking distance or 5-15 travel by underground from the Central Subway Station 'Karlsplatz' (U1, U2, U4). A big supermarket is in the the building

Shopping possibilities for all kinds of goods for daily need as well as buisnesses of all kinds, banks, postoffice, pharmacy, supermarkets, tobacconists, underground car parks, etc. are within 1-3 minutes walking. Moreover the world famous multi-cultural Viennese 'Naschmarkt' (the largest open market of the city) is just around the corner (less than 1 minute walk). On one end of the 'Naschmarkt' there is the 'flea market' (open only Saturdays).

The 'Kaerntnerstrasse' and 'Graben'- the most famous Viennese shopping streets - (both pedestrian precincts) as well as the 'Mariahilfersrasse' are located close to the apartments (5-10 minutes walking distance).

Objects of interest and sites of cultural interest:The most famous objects of interest of the city like the Imperial Palace (Hofburg), Spanish Riding School, St. Stephans Cathedral, the building and cultural monuments like the 'State Opera House', the 'National Theatre', 'The new Opera House' as well as ' the Concert Hall' and 'Musikverein' and Museum of Fine Arts, Museum of Natural History and Leopold Museums (within 'Museums Quarter') are located within a few minutes walking distance from the apartments.

Many further landmarks of the city like the Danube Island, Prater and the Palace of Schoenbrunn or Belvedere and also the UN-Town with Austria Convention Center, are directly attainable only in few travel minute (10-15) travel by underground.

Universities:The two main buildings of the University of Technology and their library are directly around the corner. The University of Vienna is also within walking distance.

Rates above are based on single occupency and for the studio apartment (450 sq feet) with a combined living and bedding area plus all other facilities as described on the website.

For 1-bedroom apartments (750 sq feet) add 20 EUR per night to the above rates.

Additional persons will be charged with 20 EUR per night.

Children between 0-4 years stay free of charge. Children between 4-12 years are charged with 15 EUR per night

We prefer ViSA and Master Card accept also American Express to hold the reservation. Also international valid checks and prepayment by wire transfer without any charge to CAV are accepted!

Cancellation conditions:Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 30 nights nights prior arrival. Afterwards the following rules wil apply: Less than 30 nights prior arrival a cancellation fee of 300 Euro will be charged. For cancellations less than 15 nights before arrival 100% of the booking amount will be charged. Special cancellation policies for special dates, e.g. Christmas & New Year. This will be seperatly announced in our reservation confirmation for this dates
