Cancellation & Return Policy

A full refund, less 25% for administration costs, will be made of all monies received if cancellation is received at least 31 days prior to rental period. Any nonrefundable amounts can be applied to a future rental within 1 year of the original rental date.

Thought I had posted comments earlier this week, but they do not seem to appear anywhere. I must tell readers how wonderful this rental was for five adult sisters getting together for a reunion of sorts. The house was tidy, comfortable and just perfect for our needs. Lovely neighborhood with lots of good restaurants and boutiques. Within minutes of downtown Montreal. We were absolutely pleased with the this house rental and wound rent it again for sure! Thank you!!!
