The East Village Bed and Breakfast is on the second floor of an apartment building in the East Village of Manhattan, furnished with contemporary furniture and art. We rent two bedrooms, each suitable for one to two guests. The apartment has two bathrooms with hair dryers in each, a spacious living room/dining room that guests are invited to use, and a kitchen where guests may prepare coffee or tea and a self-served continental breakfast from food in the refrigerator. Guests may use the microwave for heating take out food, but may not cook.

The manager lives on-premises.

Advance reservations are recommended, and a two-night minimum stay is required. We send you a reservation form by mail or email, which we ask you to return to us with full payment in advance. We confirm your reservation by mail or email once we receive your payment. We will refund your deposit if you notify us of cancellation ten or more days in advance of your reservation, less a 15% service fee. We will refund your deposit on shorter notice only if your dates are booked by someone else.

Checkout time is 12 noon on day of departure. You are welcome to leave your packed baggage in the apartment hallway if you plan to leave the city later in the day.

Please note this is a no smoking space.
