Street parking is possible, but a car is not much use in Manhattan and must be moved frequently for street cleaning.

I can only say it whas perfect for us, nice, clean, spacios, and ok... no to close to de metro ¡so what! you have buses all day long, just 2 minutes away, and is totally conected to the rest of the city.
We felt like at home, definetly we will go back, its a really nice place, you feel like a New Yorker for a really good price, you get moore for what you pay in relation to other places, its worth it.
Hope you enjoy it as muchs as we did ;-)
